🦞Lobster Boils: Cancellation Policy🔴
All seafood is ordered fresh specifically for each lobster boil and seating availability is limited.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Guests booking by phone or in person must provide card information within 48 hours of booking.
For reservations of 14 guests or fewer, cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged 100% of the booking total.
For reservations of 15 guests or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance or will be charged 100% of the booking total.
🦞Lobster Boils: Weather Policy ☀️🌧️❄️
Lobster boils are outdoor events and will proceed in light rain and typical New England weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather deemed unsafe or unsuitable by Fisherman’s Catch, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. Guests will then be offered the option to reschedule.
Weather-related cancellations requested by guests due to forecast, rain chance, temperature, or other weather concerns remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.
